Welcome to today's episode of Reflective Hour with Tammy Toney-Butler. I'm your host, but we all know who the real host of this show is, and that's Christ. The Holy Spirit guides us into all truth. Holy Spirit, come have your way in this time that we have together today. Help me. to bring forth the message in spirit and truth so that it resonates in the hearts of the people, breaking them free from old mindsets and strongholds of fear. For perfect love casts out all fear. We don't have spirits of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. That's what the word of God says. How many of you are struggling, worried about tomorrow, what it will bring? Can you escape the fear that grips you each day as you contemplate what the day will bring? Can you break free of the despair, the desperation, the fear that each day brings? Many of you were so afraid as children. You had things happen to you that you'd never spoken of. They brought with them spirits of fear. And open the door to bondage. But you don't need to walk in bondage. You can be set free. In Christ Jesus. That's what the word of God says. Whose truth will you believe? Man's truth? Or the word of God? Many of you. Have been delivered out of Egypt. out of bondage. But did you get those spirits that guided you to bondage in the first place out of your system, out of your head? Or are you walking in old mindsets that threaten to destroy you? bring you down paths of destruction instead of on the narrow path of righteousness for his name's sake. We know that God is with us. Even in dark times, he's our deliverer. He'll never leave us nor forsake us. It doesn't matter what man tries to do or threatens to do. What matters is whose we are in Christ Jesus, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the God of our precious Lord Jesus protects us from the snare and the fowler. from the lying web of deception that threatens to consume us, to spread throughout the body, Christ and beyond. Remember, Christ is the head and we're the body, the church, the believers. We are the temple of the Lord. We carry his truth. We carry his power to demolish strongholds. Wherever we go, we get to take that territory for the kingdom of God. Even if it's through podcast format, YouTube, other ways that our voice echoes through the web of deception, woven into every fabric of society. There's no need to fear who's in the White House. There's no need to fear who's in your house. There's no need to fear. You have the kingdom of God inside of you and the power of God to set you free. You just need to believe it. You need to walk by faith and not by sight. You need to go to that women's shelter that you've been eyeing, wondering if you should go. I'm telling you, you should go. You should seek help and get out of that abusive relationship that you're in, because it will not end well if you stay. There is help and resources available. for all of you who are struggling, whether you're struggling with the darkness of addiction or the bondage of relationships that are holding you hostage by a manipulator, a controller. God is with you. Emmanuel is with us. God is with us. And I break the yoke of bondage off you now. And I rebuke and bind the spirit of fear and cast it into the pit of hell never to afflict you again. For you will have power, love, and a sound mind. What does the word of God say? What does the word of God say? We're going to dive into that and all that God has for you today in this time that we have together. Remember, if you're marginalized, oppressed, maybe here illegally, or maybe you're the parent or a child of a parent who's here illegally, And you are gripped with such fear, worried about tomorrow. Where do I fit? Where do I belong? Maybe you're sitting in a church pew beside individuals that are sending messages of hate from the pulpit. We are not to judge. We are not to judge. We are to sow seeds of love, recognizing that we all fall short of the glory of the Lord. We are no better than the next. We're all filthy rags that God saw fit to set free and redeem. Are you your brother's keeper? Are you following the pure gospel of truth? Or are you wishing harm on your neighbor? Are you ready and willing to go down a road that will cause fear to many? But it clearly the Bible says, perfect love cast out all fear. So we as disciples of Jesus, as walkers of the light, portraying the light and truth of the redemptive, restorative gospel to others. We can't walk in darkness. We walk in light. We can't partner with hate of any kind. Not hate for our brother or sister who may be of a different race. We have to sow seeds of love And unity. We are not to judge. We are to look through a merciful lens of truth. Meet others where they are. Recognizing. All of our journeys are different. But as believers, we have one journey. And that's to do the will of our Father. That's it. The will of the kingdoms. To advance the kingdom on earth as it is in heaven. That's what the word of God says. I don't want you to walk in fear. Whether it's fear of foreclosure on your home. Whether it's fear of a terminal illness you're facing. Maybe your child is on the street somewhere. And you fear what's going to happen to them. I don't want you to fear. I want you to turn to God. You'll get through these trials in His strength. You'll go to that women's shelter in His strength. You'll lay down seeds of hate, seeds of bitterness, seeds of racism planted years ago. Maybe generational. Maybe you were raised in it, but it's not who you are. You're a person of love and you only seek to do the will of the kingdom of God. God will guide you into all truth by way of his Holy Spirit. Are you filled with the Holy Spirit? Are you walking in his truth? Are you walking in abundance? You only need to seek Lord Jesus, because it's the only way to the Father. And when you know that you know that you know, he died on the cross so we could be set free, cleansed by his blood. No longer under the law, but rescued by the work of the cross. Set free, set free, set free. And he who is free is free indeed when we follow the light and love of Jesus. We portray that to a world ushering in peace and hope and unity. Unity within the body. There are so many in need. So many spiritually dead or hungry. A spiritual famine is gripping this world. Will you help to feed his sheep? Will you clothe them? Will you love them? Will you see them? That's what God's asking us to do. I'm going to read from you a promise in his word. Fear is not your portion. It's not your portion. That stronghold of fear has been broken. You will release it and instead know that God has you. You will ask the Holy Spirit to guide you into all truth, to live inside of you. No longer catering to fear, but walking in the light. I don't know who this message is for, but he wanted me to come on even earlier than I'd said. Because even if the ninety-nine are safe, he goes after the one. You are the one. This message is for you. He wants you to know what the word of God says. We speak and decree and declare this word over you now. We break every spirit of fear. I'm going to be reading Psalm thirty four of the New Living Translation. I will praise the Lord at all times. I will constantly speak his praises. I will boast only in the Lord. Let all who are helpless take heart. Come, let us tell of the Lord's greatness. Let us exalt his name together. I pray to the Lord. And he answered me. He freed me from all my fears. See that? That's a promise and we grab hold of it. Those who look to him for help will be radiant with joy. Joy is your portion. No shadow of shame will darken their faces. In my desperation, I prayed and the Lord listened. He saved me from all my troubles. Glory be to Jesus. For the angel of the Lord is a guard. He surrounds and defends all who fear him. Taste and see that the Lord is good. Oh, the joys of those who take refuge in him. Fear the Lord, you his godly people. For those who fear him will have all they need. Even strong young lions sometimes go hungry, but those who trust in the Lord will lack no good thing. Come, my children, and listen to me, and I will teach you to fear the Lord. Does anyone want to live a life that is long and prosperous? Then keep your tongue from speaking evil and your lips from telling lies. Turn away from evil and do good. Search for peace and work to maintain it. The eyes of the Lord watch over those who do right. His ears are open to their cries for help. But the Lord turns his face against those who do evil. He will erase their memory from the earth. The Lord hears his people when they call to him for help. He rescues them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted. He rescues those whose spirits are crushed. Do you have a crushed spirit? He's your rescuer. The righteous person faces many troubles, but the Lord comes to rescue each time. For the Lord protects the bones of the righteous. Not one of them is broken. Calamity will surely destroy the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be punished. But the Lord will redeem those who serve him. No one who takes refuge in him will be condemned. That's what the Lord says. There's no fear in perfect love. Perfect love casts out all fears. Seek help. Seek a safe place. Have peace and joy. That's your portion. Fear will no longer grip you. You're set free. The truth will reign in your heart now. You know it. You felt something broke off in this time that we have together. That's God. That's not me. I'm a mere sinner who Jesus set free by the work on the cross. And he took my spirit of fear away. He took it and replaced it with joy and peace and a strong faith. An enduring faith. A victorious faith. We get to have what we say. I speak life over you today. This week, this year, there's no fear in perfect love. You will not enter twenty twenty five clothed in fear. You will be clothed with peace, joy, love and victory in Christ Jesus. We are more than conquerors in Christ Jesus. You will not enter twenty twenty five with fear. No. You'll trust in the Lord. No, he's working. Even when you can't see it, you'll walk by faith and not by sight. That's what he has for you this hour, this day. Glory be to Jesus. Glory be to Jesus. Father, guide them. Keep them. Strengthen them, O God. As they seek to go to that shelter, knowing the way, transportation's already lined up. Oh, God, help them. As they go where they need to go to get help, whether they're struggling with addiction, let them call that hotline, seek out that shelter, seek out that safe place of refuge from the storms of life. You are ever-present help in trouble. You are a deliverer. I thank you, Father, that you've heard this prayer, these decrees and declarations on behalf of your people. We break that spirit of fear off of this world, off of this nation. You replace it with your truth, your freedom, your love, your peace and joy. I thank you, Father, that you've heard me. Thank you, Father, that you heard me for this prayer on behalf of your sheep. You are the good shepherd, Lord Jesus. Holy Spirit, guide them into all truth. Strengthen them this day. In the mighty name of your precious son, Lord Jesus, we decree and declare all things, knowing that we know that you heard us. Thank you, Father. Thank you, everyone who tuned in. You listen to us today. Sometimes truth is hard to digest. We can get convicted in our spirit. Use that as a flame that ignites change in you, your family, your relationships, and all those you minister to. Transformation. Healing. Freedom. That's your portion. And that's today's episode of Reflective Hour with Tammy Toney-Butler.
