Good morning. Welcome to today's episode of a Daily Dose of Healing as part of our Reflective Hour Podcast with Tammy Toney-Butler. That's me, and I'm your host. But we all know who the real host of this time we have together is, and that's Christ by way of His Holy Spirit, His Spirit of Truth. Let's see what He has for us today. His Words of Truth. Oh, Holy Spirit, come. Have Your way in this time together. What is it that You would have me say to heal Your sheep of their
brokenness, of those wounds that need healing, areas in their life that still need addressing, things they've not dealt with.

Father, we know all deliverance comes from the Lord Jesus. His work on the Cross, His blood shed at Calvary. Everything we are is because of Jesus. You sent Him to die for us. By His stripes ye were healed. We're healed because of Jesus. We're whole because of Jesus. How do we know that? Let's look at Your Word. Let's look at Isaiah. Let's look at Isaiah 53. We go down to starting with five, Isaiah 53:5: But he was pierced for our rebellion, crushed for our sins. He was beaten so we could be whole. He was whipped so we could be healed. Look at that. Look at that. That's a promise found in Your Word. God's Word. It's for all of us. All we have to do is grab hold of it, believe in it, and realize that we too can achieve wholeness. We lay our sins at the Cross.

Many of you are working yourselves to death. You're hiding your pain in an extra shift. You're saying yes to the world and no to Jesus. Instead of spending time with Him, being still in His presence, and letting Him reveal the areas in your life that His Blood needs to touch and heal. For it's in your openness, your weakness, your rawness that He does His greatest work. You're never too dirty or full of shame to come to Him for cleansing. The cleansing of His Blood erases a multitude of sins. We're sinners set free by Jesus. It doesn't matter your sin, mine's just as bad as yours, and He cleansed me. Why wouldn't He cleanse you? I've done some terrible things, I've hurt people, but He raised me up and put me here to tell you there's hope, there's freedom, there's strength, there's victory in Jesus!  Let my word sink in today: Say no to that extra shift. Instead, go for a walk in nature, a place that brings you joy, a garden, a beach, a forest, or a hike. Go, do something for you! When you set boundaries, say no to others, and say yes to yourself, that means you love yourself. That means you're focusing on wholeness, healing, and not the past circumstances that threaten to destroy you. No more!

Today, you walk in the Light of the Truth. You walk with Jesus to total healing. Let go of the past, say yes to the future, and say yes to today. You're full of joy and gratitude because you walk with Jesus. You never walk alone: You walk with Jesus, You walk with Jesus, You walk with Jesus!
