Welcome to today's episode of Reflective Hour with Tammy Toney-Butler. I'm your host, but we all know who the real host of this show is, and that's Christ. As part of our Healing Podcast Series, and a need has grown for this content, Father is birthing something in me. Lord Jesus is birthing something in me to get his message out to his sheep, the sheep of his pasture. Healing is our portion. Healing is our portion. Whether we need it in our physical bodies or whether our spirits need it, wholeness is achievable. By his stripes, you were healed. Healing is our portion. Lack is not our portion. Jesus came so we could have abundant life. Rivers of living water flowing in and through us and out to others. We are his children. We are his beloved sheep. We are his righteous little ones, but too often we see ourselves as dirty, full of shame, not worthy, not worthy of the love of a father or a mother, or a boyfriend, or a girlfriend, or a friend even. We sabotage ourselves, sabotage our relationships, our friendships. We turn inward and we isolate. And we shun everyone and everything that could take us on a pathway to wholeness, to freedom, to abundant life. We don't believe we deserve more. We don't believe we can have more. But Jesus came to give life, abundant life. He came for sinners like you and me. He came for the dirty, the lost, the broken, the wounded. He came for us. He died so we could live. He bore our shame, our sickness, our infirmities on the cross. But he didn't stop there. He was victorious over death. was resurrected and ascended to the right side of the Father and is seated in heavenly places, a throne of purity, a throne of righteousness, a throne of authority. And as believers, as a faithful remnant, we have authority. We can command outcomes. We can command outcomes. Victory is ours. Victory is ours. We aren't to see ourselves as God and elevate ourselves up with pride and ego. Instead, we are to humble ourselves and go low and serve with love and grace and mercy. But we serve from a place of silent authority, knowing whose we are and where we're seated in heavenly places with Christ Jesus. Our power comes from our weakness, our humility, When we realize that we are nothing without Jesus. When we surrender it all to Jesus, to his lordship over our lives, then we become all he's called us to be. It's in that place of surrender, realizing we're nothing without him. He's everything. He's everything. And when we put him first over anything else, he will see us through every time. It's in his strength that we endure. It's in his strength that we conquer. He fights our battles. We need only to be still. We need to practice the art of being still. having radical obedience, the obedience of Abraham, Noah, Jesus. We need to practice the obedience, the surrender, being still and saying, God, I don't understand, but I trust you. Jesus, I trust you. Oh, Holy Spirit, guide me. Help me. Help me to let go of me, the pride of me, and help me to say yes to Jesus. Yes to God. Yes to the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the God of our precious Lord Jesus. Today, I surrender. I give it all to you, Lord Jesus. I lay it all on the table. Heal me. Set me free. Rescue me from my brokenness, from my raw wounds that open and bleed. I'm calling out to you, Jesus. I'm trusting you, Jesus. Be Lord and Savior for my life. I know you have me tucked under your wing, oh God, protected. And the blood of Jesus covers me in all that I do. I'm safe. I'm strong. I'm mighty. I'm righteous. I'm perfect in you. I have joy and peace. I no longer have lack. I have abundance. Because all that I need is in you, Jesus. And when I have you, I have everything. When I have you, I have everything, Jesus. When I have you, I have everything. Silver and gold, I have none. But what I have, I give to you. I give to you, Jesus. The power in the name of Jesus. The love of Jesus. Glory be to Jesus. That's this episode of Reflective Hour with Tammy Toney-Butler. Go forth and prosper. Rest in him and step into all he's called you to be. Glory be to Jesus. Glory be to Jesus.
